Our cancellation conditions

For cancellations up to 8 weeks before arrival, we will return the prepayment of 20 %.
For cancellations between 8 weeks before arrival and 6 weeks before arrival, we will retain the prepayment of 20 %.
For cancellations between 6 weeks before arrival and 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge 40 % of the arrangement price.
For cancellations between 4 weeks and 14 days before arrival, we will charge 60 % of the arrangement price.
For cancellations up to 2 days in advance, we will charge 80 % of the arrangement price.
For later cancellations, we will charge 100 % of the of the arrangement price.
